General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Very difficult case. To me, it might be low immunity of the child that ended to frequent viral infection.

Strep test negative possibly due to any antibiotic use. Should stop any antibiotics and better run culture and sensitivity testing of a throat swab.

Get a complete blood count to rule out anemia or vitamin deficiency especially when it comes to vitamin D and calcium.

Should boost his immunity. Discuss this further with his pediatrician.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
